Cyberpunk RED Set

Loke Battle Mats aren't just for Tokeinesque fantasy games. They are just as useful for tabletop role-playing games in more modern urban settings, including steampunk and cyberpunk worlds. But to better accommodate such games, Loke have expanded their Battle Mats range to include a new dedicated Cyberpunk selection.

At the heart of the range is the Cyberpunk RED Set. That contains two large ring-bound books of lay-flat maps. The 80 heavy-duty map pages can be paired in combination as two double-page spreads to form generous 24 inch by 24 inch maps. The map pages all have a 'wipe clean' surface for use with wet or dry markers. Also incorporated are two sheets of double-sided cardboard punch-out 'tokens' - including cars and shipping containers - that can be laid on any of the maps to further customise them. All the maps have a 1-inch grid that makes it super-easy to measure out range in games that utilise minis.

The Cyberpunk RED Chase Pack can be used either independently or alongside the battle maps Set. It includes more cardboard tokens and a selection of road map sheets designed specifically for vehicular encounters... And the Scenery pack comprises several sheets with more than 120 vinyl 'tokens' for further customising any of Loke's laminated battle mats, but obviously with designs specifically geared towards the new Cyberpunk RED maps. The vinyl shapes cling into place but can simply be peeled off for re-use.

Tho' this set of battle maps and tokens expressly ties in with R Talsorian Games' tabletop RPGs, it lends itself well to use in any modern or post-modern RPG setting. As you can see in our 360, the team at Board's Eye View have been pressing our Cyberpunk RED maps into service to set up scenarios involving Doctor Who (seventh incarnation) and Ace in confrontations with Daleks and The Master.
